I was at an all time low in my life when my daughter bought me a brother embroidery machine. I had recently lost my husband and not long afterwards my equally beloved Labrador died too. I was now in a big house all alone, my daughter was away at university and getting ready to start her own life. I had always been interested in making things, crafting and needlework so my wonderful daughter thought that if she gave me this amazing gift it would give me something to focus on and get fully engaged in. She was right and I am so grateful to her. I have found so much pleasure in spending time getting used to using it and finding out what it can do. Now I am starting to produce things that I love and hope others do too. I’ve joined an embroidery group and am making new friends and getting a whole new life thanks to this machine.
